Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout and the actual cost of the service you select at checkout is passed on to you without any margins added on.  

Shipping charges at checkout are calculated for the entire world. If you do not wish to use the postal system, please feel free to contact us at flatscraft@gmail.com and we can arrange either DHL or UPS as alternatives only. We apologise for any inconvenience but courier services mentioned above are for international only.

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an email that confirms the order details and tracking. This happens 100% of the time, if you do not see an email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folder, and if you still don't see it, please contact us on the email address above and we will happily forward tracking information.

Flats Craft does not accept responsibility for international import fees/ taxes or charges associated with import clearances for your country. Associated costs with importing or clearing natural materials from customs is the responsibility of the customer. 

Aside from international couriers, we do not offer any other service other than what's calculated at checkout.
